I had a nice stay and would return here! Many things to mention - everything was overall clean, excellent food, pleasant views. Very comfy bed made my room good sized. It had beachfront location close to A-Krea. I ate in the beachside restaurant nearby. The swim-up bar was fantastic!
The breakfast was not was n't included in our rate.

Great bed and delicious breakfast with lots of choice! The complex is always in perfect condition, very clean, the staff is very friendly and always there for you. Super quiet location, like a tropical oasis in the middle of the urban Sanur.
The check-in was a bit complicated

Very nice and well maintained complex. . Good breakfast with egg station. 2 pools with children's pool... Nice staff
No answer to our request for the airport shuttle. The light bulb on the veranda was not changed after 4 days. The sunbeds are reserved by the guests already at 8 o'clock

The architecture, landscaping, look and feel was really nice. The location on the beach was great.
I had difficulty convincing the staff to help me resolve issues - such as helping to arrange outings, etc. The hotel room was nice, but full of mosquitos. There was no internet in the room, at the restaurant, or at the bar - only back in the lobby area.

The beachfront setting is fine, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. The staff provided friendly service, and the restaurant served delicious food, including healthy snacks. The beds in our initial room were uncomfortably hard and squeaky, requiring a change of accommodations. Breakfast options became repetitive, and some items like the orange juice felt subpar. A lovely experience with room for improvement.

Upmarket, modern room and decor but nicely fused into tropical gardens and adjacent traditional buildings. Only 20metres to the beach and the most knowledgeable and effective massueses in the universe (or at least Bali!).
The bar was near the beach but 'sunken' beside the swimming pool and it just didnt have the 'pull' to get us drinking there so we went looking elsewhere.

Very good breakfast buffet and own restaurant with events like "Balinese" or "Barbecue" evening. Hotel has enabled us to change hotel rooms (bath tub against shower) without any problems. Very nice and different pool and beach facilities. Recommendation for diving and travel advice was top
nothing to complain about

The location by the beach and not far from shops etc
The room we had was ok, but as it had a stair way going to the room up the top it allowed all the noise to filter down. Which when a family with a small child moved in made it hard to sleep. The staff were good but unlike another place we stayed at were not quite as much fun, talkative.

I stayed in the Beautiful Double Room, super spacious and clean. The huge balcony was great for lounging, and the walk-in rain shower was a nice touch. It felt really comfortable and relaxing. The view of the gardens and beach was fine, too! Just perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. With its Beachside location and short walk to great cafes and restaurants, it really has everything going for it. Generally, staff were friendly. Our Deluxe room was fabulous. We particularly enjoyed the seafood bbq and took advantage of the spa.
bed mattress was a bit hard and pillows not comfortable at all.
